Crypto Compass Live is an informational, research and educational tool. It aggregates public market, on-chain, news, sentiment and macro data and presents computed signal and confidence scores. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, adviser or portfolio manager.

Nothing in the application is individualized investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Scores, signals, outlooks, explanations and summaries are produced by automated models from third-party and public data. They can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable, and they can be wrong. Historical, simulated and backtested results do not guarantee future results.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The AI Bot Arena and any backtesting, replay or strategy-health features are simulated / paper trading. They do not represent actual investment returns, do not involve real customer funds, and are labelled as simulated wherever results are displayed.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any transactions you choose to make elsewhere. Crypto and other markets are volatile and can produce substantial or total loss of capital.

Compliance with the terms of any exchange, broker or platform you use, and with the laws and restrictions that apply in your jurisdiction, remains entirely your responsibility. The service may not be appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.

Crypto Compass Live does not take custody of, hold, transmit or control public users' money or digital assets. Any exchange-execution capability in the application is a private, owner-only operational module and is not part of the public research product.

We do not represent that the service is registered with, approved by, licensed by, certified as compliant by, or insured through any regulator, exchange, self-regulatory organisation or insurance scheme.

The application, its source code, scoring methodology, models, database design, documentation, interface, text and branding are owned by the operator of Crypto Compass Live and its licensors, and all rights are reserved. No licence to the software or underlying methodology is granted by your use of the service.

Third-party data remains the property of its respective providers and is subject to those providers' own terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to:

• attempt to bypass, disable or probe access controls, authentication or security measures;
• attempt credential attacks, including brute-force, credential stuffing, session hijacking or interception of tokens or keys;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or resell the data or outputs without written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code or scoring methodology;
• overload, disrupt or interfere with the service, its scheduling or its data sources;
• misrepresent outputs as advice, guarantees or the results of real-money trading.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or its data.
