• Account data — the email address and authentication identifiers used to sign in, where an account exists.
• Application preferences — display mode, navigation preferences and similar settings you choose.
• Usage and technical data — pages requested, timestamps, error and diagnostic records, and request metadata such as browser type, generated automatically when the service is used.
• Operational records — scan runs, scores, simulated results and system-health telemetry produced by the application itself.
• Owner-only operational data — private administrative configuration and encrypted credentials for the owner module. This is never collected from public users.

We do not ask public users for payment card details, government identification, or wallet private keys.

We do not sell personal data.

The application relies on third parties to function, including cloud hosting and database and authentication infrastructure, and on third-party market, news and macro data providers. Data providers receive requests for market data; they do not receive your account data. Each provider processes data under its own terms and safeguards.

Access is protected by authenticated sessions and row-level database access rules. Sensitive operational secrets are stored encrypted and are never exposed to the browser. Administrative and execution functionality is restricted to a single owner account server-side. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Account data is retained while the account exists. Diagnostic and telemetry records are retained only as long as useful for reliability and security review. Market, score and simulation records are retained as part of the research history of the product; they are not personal profiles.

You may ask what account data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for your account data to be deleted. Some records may be retained where required for security, integrity or legal reasons.

The service is not intended for children and is not directed to them.
